SHIPPING TIMES
For environmental and human friendly reason, our products are made to order. Please allow approximately a week or two for your product(s) to be made and we will send you the tracking information as soon as the product(s) has been mailed.

While we are confident that you will love your SOL TERRA SHOP products, we understand that things don't always work out. In an effort to support our customers, we accept returns of unused/unworn, with tags items in its original packaging within 20 days of your postmarked delivery date. To start the return process, email us at solterrashop@gmail.com and we will be glad to help you out!

Yes!  While it depends on the country's policies and weight limits, our customers are currently required to pay any customs fees associated with their order. Please be aware that we are shipping everything from the USA.

All of our soap, bars and balms are manufactured in the USA! SOL TERRA SHOP uses all natural & 100% vegan ingredients, sourced from local farmer's and warehouses.

Bringing a real farm to body vibe!

Yes! All our apparel is "Made to Order". Due to environmentally and human friendly reasons, all our apparel is made as the order is place. This prevents over production and extra inventory of products just sitting on the warehouse shelves. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the products to be made and shipped out to you! We will update your product's progress via email with a tracking number.
